Digital Zoo was established in 2000 and since that time we believe that we have achieved a proven methodology for creation of websites and applications. We operate with you to conceive a business strategy and produce the appropriate design and technology to deliver it while ensuring that you get the highest standard of quality. We also tailor a structured approach so you know what will be delivered and by when.

Digital Zoo's development methodology involves a number of stages from inception to launch. Before a project commences we will provide you with a written quote outlining deliverables, timeframes and any costs. We typically work on a fixed cost basis so that you know any fees prior to commencement of any work.

Once a services agreement has been signed, we will undertake a number of steps, which are summarised below. The projects are managed by a dedicated project manager who will be your main liaison during the development. We use project tracking tools and monitoring of deliverables so you are aware of the project status at any time.
